Work, work, work!
Have drank 1 liter of water today, smoked only 1 cig and had no coffee. This is good. Couldn't wake up early enough though to do exercise and cook my own meal. Had my alarm set for 8.30 AM and still got off from bed at 11 AM. It's just such a bad emotional start for a day, every day. I must get this fixed, as one of the first things. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep and being able to wake up at around 8-9 AM. Especially now when we're getting close to the time to have only 4 hours of daylight around here.
I've been feeling pretty tired for most of the day though. I'm thinking vegetable soup for dinner. A longer walk to home. Yeah.
