Great news - I've lost 1,2 kg!
I must admit I'm still not fully going with the low GI first stage eating plan, but I am choosing most of my foods according to low GI second stage eating plan, eating more often, drinking a lot of water and really enjoying this whole process. Also the fact that I'm doing more physical exercise, has given me more energy - not so tired in afternoon anymore, waking up earlier than ever and so on and so forth. Overall feeling is pretty good.
I really feel this time everything will work out for me.
I've purchased quite a few books, that I am planning to write about soon too. For me the best combo has been bringing in one GI diet book, one PCOS book and two GI diet cookbooks.
