Alright, so the training consultation is taking place next Monday. Gonna find out what I can and can not do, actually.

Also on my to-do list:
- prepare two week menu and list of ingredients I need to have around
- sports footwear and ... clothes!
- weights (1 kg, 2 kg)

Uh, this menu preparation is actually a lot of work. I could just take a ready 2-week-low-gi menu, but lets be honest, the German and US authors have a bit different taste in foods, so need to combine a little and for that so much reading and calculating is needed not to fuck up the sum of daily calories, percentage of intake of fats, carbs, .... Its interesting though, I must admit!:)
