stress, symptoms & weekly


I've noticed, that within the last 1,5 months that I've not been doing my extremely stressful job, have been sleeping 8-12 hours per day and have gone to low-gi and moderate exercise, I've started loosing less hair, my dark skin patches are becoming lighter, there is much less pain in the heart area (I'd say I haven't felt it for the past 7-10 days already) and my hair on legs has started growing back slightly slower. And then my nails have become stronger and growing faster..


It seems peculiar, that these changes are showing with such short time, but I do think that absolutely cutting out any stress from my life and being quite restricted with my eating, this could be possibly showing improvements in these parts.


Then again I have to say, that I've had couple of headaches during these 1,5 months. Something that I never normally have. I'd say that in the past 14 days I've had at least 2 minor headaches and not knowing what they are related to. Well, not as bad to take a pill or anything, just noticing it, cause I usually never have headaches at all.


Anyhow. This all must be good. It means I must be doing something (a lot!) better than I used to and my body is positively reacting to it. I don't mind.


As far as my weekly weigh-in, then doing good. 

Feb 12 I was at 134.1 kg / 295 lbs
March 3 I was at 133 kg / 293 lbs
March 10 I was at 131.7 kg / 290 lbs
And today I'm weighting in at 131.1 kg / 288 lbs.

Slowly getting towards my first goal at 275 lbs.

  1. Mul on hea meel lugeda, et tunned ennast jälle paremini ja et keha nii hästi reageerib muutustele. Kaal langeb ilusti stabiilselt ja kiidan veel, et isegi kui tuju pole päris see, siis ikkagi vead ennast välja kõndima ja ujuma. Liigutamine kindlasti aitab tujusid ja üleüldse olemist paremasse tasakaalu viia. Ma ise ka ei jõua ára oodata, millal õlg jálle joosta laseb, aga kõndimas olen proovinud iga päev käia, just kasvõi selleks, et tean, et see aitab mul tuju üleval hoida.

    Ja suur tänu retseptide eest!! Kindlasti proovin! Mandlipiim tuli hästi välja, aitäh!

  2. Aitäh, Maret! Kuidas Sul õlaga taastus edeneb üldse? Foorumist lugesin, et käisid ka taastusravis? Uh, igasugused vigastused ikka suudavad täiega sisse sõita. Ma praegu hoian kõikvõimalikest vigastustest ja haigeks jäämistest (kevad.. ikka tahaks ju ilma sallita varsti lipata, hahaa) eemale, sest kardan seda nagu tuld. Vist isegi pooltehislikult "haibin" oma tuju üles, et viitsiks.

    Kuidas lastele mandlipiim sobis?;) Kui ta mul veidi aega pudelis seisab, siis enne kasutamist veidi raputan teda, ikka mingi mandlipuru muidu vajub põhja. Aga muidu hakkan juba mandlipiimaga täitsa ära harjuma. Järgmisena tahan kaerapiima tegu proovida, ema käib peale, et prooviksin. Ta on täielik kaerahelveste maniakk, sööb juba 10+ aastat kaerahelbe putru ja on täiesti kaerausku pöördunud;)
