Breakfast: two wholegrain toasts with margarine, veal ham, cucumber and on the side some banana and apple slices and cup of coffee. Later had more of the same.. Same portion for lunch. And for snacks some apples and bananas.
Dinner: buckwheat, chicken, orange
Also got some walking done and drank 2.6 litres of water. Yai! And like 3 cups of more coffee. Not a very good eating day, but all is good. Got shitloads of work done though. OK day.
